Which? Recommended Provider for Breakdown Services

Start Rescue is delighted to have been named as the top Recommended Provider in the 2026 Which? breakdown survey.

Full five-star ratings were given to Start Rescue, part of the Call Assist family, for its customer service and the professional manner of its mechanics.

Start Rescue was the only breakdown provider in the survey to receive a five-star value for money rating.

The highly regarded Which? survey highlighted that Start Rescue customers frequently mentioned receiving regular courtesy calls and updates while waiting for assistance.

Start Rescue, part of the Call Assist family, which supports motorists with breakdown cover across the UK and Europe has also been endorsed as  Which? Recommended Provider status for eight years in succession, an achievement that’s unmatched by any other vehicle recovery operator.
